We will endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within a few days. However, if we forsee a delay we will notify you. We will not charge your card until your order is ready for despatch.
For all UK orders between £10 and £20, an additional £2.50 is charged for postage and packing. Orders over £20 are carriage free.
For the USA, we will pay for carriage and duty to Chicago and will add either postage or UPS inland charges from Chicago. We airfreight to Chicago every 2-3 weeks, so delivery will coincide with these shipments.
All other countries, carriage will be charged at cost.
We all know childrens abilities vary according to each child. We have printed recommended age guidelines on some products to help. Please contact us if you require our indication on age suitability.
Most products are unsuitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts.
If any product does not meet our quality standard or your expectations, please return them within 7 days. We will replace, refund or credit on receipt of their return.
Your statutory rights are not effected.
We endeavour to make ordering with us as easy as possible. If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, please tell us. We take your comments very seriously and we will do all we can to sort the problem out.

Whilst we try to ensure all information on this site is correct, as none of us are perfect we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, including but not limited to those regarding price.
